Treatment planning and mental health services for clients who have chronic mental illness and substance abuse disorders. The program is managed by a consortium of mental health and substance abuse prevention and treatment agencies that serve residents throughout Middlesex County. Services assist clients in improving their quality of life and reducing the need for more restrictive and costly services.
