Rushford provides free mental health services by appointment for Wallingford residents who are either uninsured or underinsured and who meet financial eligibility requirements. Services are funded by the Town of Wallingford and include assessment and therapy for adults, children and adolescents coping with substance abuse, mental health, family conflict and school-related issues.
