Girl Talk Summer Program Begins July 6th

The Girl Talk program consists of three sessions a week, for 6 weeks for three hours per session. This program will be open to sixth-grade girls at Keigwin School, and to seventh and eighth grade girls at Woodrow Wilson Middle School.  The structured summer programs focuses on girls, the Media, physical activity and nutrition. Girl Talk  encourages healthy behaviors and also teaches the skills needed to understand and evaluate media messages and how these messages affect their daily lives, by asking the “who”, the “why”, the “what”, and the ”how.”
